We would like the opportunity to discuss your options based on your current predicted grades. Once you have applied, we will invite you to an interview, where we can have discussion about your future.

Making an Application to The Willink Sixth Form:

• Current Willink Students: Current Willink Year 11 students will be able to apply online following an email they will receive. Students will be told when to look out for this email.

• New To Willink Students: We warmly welcome external applicants – applicants will be asked to complete an application form and return by email to sixthform@willink.w-berks.sch.uk. External application forms will be made available on this page shortly, so please check back soon.

Subject Option Blocks

How many subjects will I study and how do I choose these?

All students who study at The Willink Sixth Form study a minimum of three subjects.

• You will create your bespoke programme of study by selecting from a menu of choices. There are five columns and you will choose one subject from three of these columns.
• If a subject appears in more than one column then you should choose the column which creates the most complementary combination. 
• If you wish to study four subjects then you will select only one subject from four of the five columns.

These columns have been created based on historical patterns of the most popular and common combinations combined with the most flexible combinations to successfully pursue future pathways, professions and passions.

Sixth Form Open Evening

Every November, we hold an Open Evening where students and their parents/carers can visit our school to learn more about Post 16 educational options at The Willink. This is an ideal opportunity to speak to our dedicated teachers, learn more about the course we offer, view our Sixth Form facilities, and talk to current Willink Sixth Form students about their experiences in our Sixth Form. We look forward to meeting you!

Our Sixth Form Open Evening will be held on Thursday, 6 November 2025, 6-8pm - no booking is required. We look forward to meeting with you and discussing the next steps in your academic journey. In the meantime, if you have any questions about our Sixth Form, please do not hesitate to contact us.
