Overview
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward‑thinking Inclusion Leader, with a proven track record of leadership or effecting meaningful change, to champion and enhance provision for Disadvantaged learners across the school. This is a key strategic role within our highly collaborative Porous Pathways Inclusion Leadership Team, working alongside leaders for SEND and care‑experienced students to ensure that every student flourishes.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach and provide oversight of Disadvantaged provision, including implementation of Pupil Premium strategy, academic progress, attendance, enrichment access, and barrier removal. They will work closely with curriculum and pastoral leaders to ensure that Disadvantaged students benefit from high‑quality adaptive teaching, strong relationships, and equitable access to our ambitious curriculum. A central part of the role includes strengthening phase transitions (Y6–7, KS3–4 and KS4–Post‑16), ensuring continuity of support and aspirational progression for all learners.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school. As the preferred state school in the area, we attract learners from beyond our catchment, including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham. The school has over 1200 students, including a thriving Sixth Form of 200 students, and is situated in a pleasant semi‑rural setting south‑west of Reading.
Salary & Hours
- MPR/UPR plus Management Allowance
- Full-time, required from September 2026
