At The Willink School and Sixth Form, we believe that every student’s journey is unique, and that every learner should have the opportunity to Engage, Respect and Achieve.
Our ERA Learning Pathways show how students develop as they progress through The Willink, building knowledge, skills, confidence, independence and leadership at each stage. From settling into secondary school in Year 7 to thriving as a Year 13 student ready to take their next steps, each year brings new opportunities, experiences and challenges.
The pathway towards becoming a Future Global Changemaker is about more than academic achievement. It is about developing as a confident, well-rounded individual who contributes to our school community and is ready to make a positive difference in the wider world.
